Our primary service focus is remanufactured products such as Fisher Control Valves and Rosemount Transmitters, so we don't just repair your instrumentation and valves, we remanufacture them to original factory new specifications. You receive back quickly, "like-new”, with a full 2 year warranty.
Exchange
"Repair Exchange" is a program we provide to customers who need equipment but don’t have the time to send their existing equipment in for repair or can’t remove the existing equipment before the replacement arrives.
It’s simple! Just call and purchase the product you need. Once we have shipped a repair/exchange unit, the customer is invoiced for the new unit. After you install the new unit just return the old unit and we will offer a credit against the new equipment. Or we can repair the old equipment, for a fee, so you will have a spare.

These services come standard with all of the remanufactured products and surplus equipment we sell. All calibrations done by Sullivan Process Controls (SPC) are traceable to standards established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Our technicians use world-class technology during the testing and calibration procedure of all process instrumentation and control valves.
A partnership with an independent flow lab enables each coriolis flow product to be tested and certified by technicians using precision calibration and flow equipment. Also, as the only accredited aftermarket MicroMotion® meter calibration facility in the USA, the lab we exclusively use is uniquely qualified to calibrate any coriolis meter.
